Today Nick Hurd, MP for Ruislip-Northwood, was the first MP drawn in the Private Members Ballot and he has agreed to adopt the Sustainable Communities Bill and take it through Parliament.
This is the result of 3 years hard work campaigning by Local Works in collaboration with ViRSA. There is now a very strong possibility we can WIN this campaign and see the Sustainable Communities Bill being made law by next year.
Both ViRSA and the team at Local Works would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all our supporters whose help and actions have made this possible.
Well done and please keep supporting this campaign
