If you want to surf the internet, pop down to the village shop.
The new service is available at South Warnborough''s village shop which is now playing host to a new kiosk machine, which has been installed to provide anyone who wants to use it with free access to vast amounts of useful information via the internet.
The pioneering facility has been introduced to offer internet access to people who do not have a computer.
Funded by Hart and Hampshire County Council this new facility will provide net surfers wit access to many - although not all - websites.
So now anyone will be able to drop by the village shop and while they are using the post office there or buying a sandwich they can surf the net and find out anything from planning applications in the district on Hart''s new website, to railway timetables and flight information on the British Airways site.
The aim is that even if people are without a computer they will not be excluded from the information and services available on the net.
